Factory-new firearms may be test-fired by manufacturers prior to shipping to retailers. As such, residual powder, rotation marks on revolver cylinders, and certain compounds or residues may remain on the surface of, or within the firearm by the manufacturing process, or from test-firing. These new firearms may not give the expected appearance that a cleaned firearm would. All firearms sold by clydeordnanceco.com as “new” are in fact new in the box as received directly from manufacturers or firearm distributors and include (if applicable) the manufacturers’ warranty. As such, you agree to inspect the firearm you have purchased from clydeordnanceco.com BEFORE you take transfer of the firearm from your Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer.

In the event you are not satisfied with the appearance or function of the firearm, do not take transfer and notify clydeordnanceco.com immediately for a replacement or refund.

In the event there are defects in materials or workmanship of your firearm post-transfer, you must contact the manufacturer for remedy. Used, factory-refurbished, pre-owned, show guns, or guns in any other condition other than new in box will be clearly marked as such on our website.

YOU are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it.

YOU are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering or using an item from clydeordnanceco.com or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.

YOU are responsible for remitting state and local sales tax in the event that clydeordnanceco.com has not collected sales tax on your behalf. Reporting and submission of sales tax may vary by state. For any questions, we recommend you contact your state revenue department.

YOU are responsible for complying with all firearms laws in your area.

YOU must notify us immediately should you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered.

YOU are responsible for payment for all orders placed through this online system. If you are not sure if you want something – do not order it.

YOU must be of legal age to own any items you order.

YOU must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ANY item from clydeordnanceco.com. Clydeordnanceco.com may request a copy of your state identification before shipping your order.

YOU must provide a valid contact phone number with any order placed. Clydeordnanceco.com may contact you at the provided phone number before processing any order.

YOU are not prohibited by Federal or State law, or local ordinance, from receiving firearms or ammunition, or ammunition components, of any kind.

YOU are at least eighteen (18) years of age if purchasing long guns or long gun ammunition or ammunition components. Some states stipulate that you must be twenty-on (21) to purchase long guns–check our state restrictions.

YOU are at least twenty-one (21) years of age if purchasing a hand gun or ATF-defined “OTHER” firearm (including, but not limited to, stripped receivers, frames, and pistol-grip firearms) OR ammunition or ammunition components for use in handguns.

YOU have verified (prior to purchase) that all products and the delivery of said products comply with all laws and ordinances in your jurisdiction.

YOU are the actual transferee / buyer of the fiream(s) you are purchasing from clydeordnanceco.com.  (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another person).

YOU are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year or are a current member of the military who has been charged with violation(s) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and whose charge(s) have been referred to a general court-martial.

YOU have not been convicted in any court, including a military court, of a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation.

YOU are not a fugitive from justice.

YOU are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance. WARNING: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside.

YOU have not been adjudicated mentally defective OR have not been committed to a mental institution.

YOU have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.

YOU are not subject to a court order, including a Military Protection Order issued by a military judge or magistrate, restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner.

YOU have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, nor are you nor have you been a member of the military and convicted of a crime that included, as an element, the use of force against a person as a current or former spouse, parent, or guardian, or person who shares a child in common, or cohabitating or cohabitated with the victim as a spouse, parent, or guardian, or by a person similarly situated to a spouse, parent, or guardian of the victim. The term includes all misdemeanors that have as an element the use or attempted use of physical force or the threatened use of a deadly weapon (e.g., assault and battery), if the offense is committed by one of the defined parties.

YOU have never renounced your United States citizenship.

YOU are not an illegal or unlawful alien in the United States.

YOU are not currently on Federal NICS or State agency “DELAY” OR “DENIED” status regarding your most recent attempt to purchase a firearm.  Firearm AND/OR  ammunition or ammunition component sales or transfers are prohibited during these conditions.

YOU understand that handling, cleaning, or discharging firerams, ammunition or ammunition components may cause exposure to lead, and YOU hold clydeordnanceco.com harmless and YOU assume all responsibility for any lead exposure.

By ordering any product(s) from clydeordnanceco.com website, you certify that you, or third-party entities at your direction, will not sell, transport, ship or transfer outside the borders of the United States, nor to any foreign person*, any product(s) which are export-restricted by U.S. export-control law and regulation, without proper U.S. Government export authorization, licensing, and documentation. 

Export-restricted items include, but are not limited to, firearms, ammunition, electronic equipment, certain gear and firearm accessories, weapon-mounted or handheld optical equipment including rifle or handgun scopes, night vision and night vision accessories, holographic sight systems, “red-dot” optics, thermal vision, and tactical lights and lasers, knives, and body armor including vests, helmets and shields.
